HUN BURGER is a takeaway concept specializing in Chinese-style burgers, inspired by the street food culture of China. The origin of the hamburger can be traced back to China: Rou Jia Mo (meat burger) dates back to the Qin dynasty and consists of chopped meat in a pita-like bun (Mo). Our HUN Burgers feature a sourdough Chinese-style bun with various fillings, including the most popular: shredded pork belly, as well as chicken, beef, duck, or vegetables.
 
HUN Burger offers the Tongguan style of Roujiamo, known for its unique bun called Qiancengbing, meaning "pancake with a thousand layers." This special texture allows the layers to break apart softly with each bite. The carefully selected fillings are stewed to ensure the meat is tender and not overly greasy – balance is key.
